Three G's

Video for 3Gs - Coming Soon

KIRILL AND ANNA GLIADKOVSKY (PIANO SOLO AND DUO) studied at the most prestigious musical institutions in Russia - the Tchaikovsky Conservatory and the Gnessins Russian Music Academy in Moscow. Anna also studied at the Special Music School for Gifted Children in Kiev.

Before marrying, each artist pursued a very successful career as a soloist and performed in major concert halls in Russia, such as Philharmonic halls in St. Petersburg and Kiev, Bolshoi and Rachmaninoff Halls in Moscow. They also concertized in Germany, Italy, Poland, Mongolia, U.K., Canada, Czechoslovakia, and the United States. The venues included Philharmonic Hall in Poznan, Poland, Radio Hall in Prague, Purcell Hall in London, Musikhalle in Hamburg, Merkin Hall in New York, Royce Hall in Los Angeles, Centers for the Arts in Scottsdale, Wickenburg and Chandler, AZ, Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa, CA, National Gallery of Art and Catholic University in Washington, DC, 1st Congregational Church in Los Angeles, CA and others. They have worked with renowned conductors, such as Pierre Boulez, Mehli Mehta, Alexander Treger, Sergei Skripka, Peter Vronsky, Gordon Johnson, Mischa Semanitsky and Patrick Flynn. Both Kirill and Anna are winners at numerous piano competitions in Europe and the United States, as well. They have performed at various music festivals, including Music in the Mountains and Aspen Festivals in Colorado, Rachmaninoff Festival in Tambov, Russia and Credomatic Festival in Costa Rica.

Anna holds the highest degree in piano performance in Russia, a postgraduate diploma. Kirill earned both his Master's and Doctorate in piano, having studied for seven years at the University of Southern California with Daniel Pollack. They received many awards and honors during their studies, both in Russia and the United States.

Kirill is also a concert organist, choir director and conductor, who have frequently appeared on TV and radio. His concerts have received glowing reviews, including numerous articles in The Los Angeles Times. He has been on the piano faculty at the University of Southern California, Santa Monica College and Pepperdine University. He was the Head of the Piano Area at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, UT, prior to his coming to Saddleback College at Mission Viejo, CA, as the Director of Keyboard Studies in 2011. Anna is not only a performer, but also is a published music scholar and a composer. She has been on the piano faculty at SUU, Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College, as well.

Anna and Kirill now perform as a duo piano team, in addition to their solo work. The artists have recorded several CDs for Alexei Records, CMK Classics and Supraphon labels.

They often perform in ensemble with their older daughter Anastasia who is now 19, making it possible to do repertory for 6 hands. Anastasia made her piano debut at the age of 8 performing the 3 piano version of Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens with Anna, Kirill and Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra at Burbank Bowl, CA. Highlights of her recent performances include being a soloist in F Minor Piano Concerto by Bach with Orchestra of Southern Utah at Heritage Hall in Cedar City, UT, numerous duo and trio piano concerts with her parents in Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Santa Maria, San Diego, Napa Valley, CA, Montrose, CO, Heber Valley Piano Festival, Utah, as well as in Costa Rica, at the XXth Credomatic Music Festival, where she performed piano and organ in solo and duo appearances. She was featured on the country's National TV and received enthusiastic reviews in the media. Anastasia's is now a sophomore at King’s College in NYC.

Now the 3Gs have become 4Gs (keeping up with the modern day advances!), as their youngest family member, Sophia, has joined the process. That makes it 8 hands! Sophia, who is 9, debuted 4 years ago, performing at the Community Concert Series in Ramona, CA, at Saddleback College's Christmas Piano Show in Mission Viejo, CA, in Restoration Series at Pasadena Public Library, L'Ermitage Foundation Series in LA, as well as in Newport Music Arts and Tillamook, OR Monday Musical Club Series. She has started piano when she was 4. She also plays guitar. Sophia's interests include dance, tennis, reading, and traveling.
